WeAre1 Foundation is very happy to announce our first project for this year, weare1 and the church of Gracia, Barcelona is starting an employment program for the unhoused people. This program will serve almost 300 person from both gender.
why this program is important especially in Spain? Employment supports recovery and can help people experiencing homelessness gain income, stable housing, and a sense of purpose. Employment can play an important role in recovery. People with histories of homelessness, including those with disabilities, often want to work given the opportunity and support to do so.
