It was a huge success with the first campaign we did in Egypt this past summer, and we couldnt be anymore proud. We helped over 50 families providing winter clothes, beds and fridges in one of the remote areas in Cairo ( gabal asfar).
Results of the study show that 32.5% of people in Egypt are poor in 2019 (32 million people) and there is a steady increase in Income Poverty Rates from 1999 to 2019. ... The role of government, the private sector, civil society, and us as NGO's must be integrated to achieve the desired poverty impact. Let's work together hand by hand and leave a mark even if its only 1%.
